EU ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS or fedex express FOR A FlaT RATE OF €15 AND WILL BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3-7 DAYS OF RECEIVING A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, orders to italy are shipped via ups/fedex/tnt for €10. 

NON EU ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA UPS or fedex EXPRESS FOR A FLAT RATE OF €25 AND WILL BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3-7 days of receiving a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

IF YOU SHIP YOUR RETURN WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING AN APPROVAL EMAIL THAT INCLUDES YOUR ORDER NUMBER, THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN MAY BE DELAYED BECAUSE WE MAY BE UNABLE TO TRACK YOUR RETURN. 

YOU ARE FREE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY GARMENT FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GARMENT IF IT HAS NOT BEEN DAMAGED OR WASHED, AND HAS ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. 

ONCE WE RECEIVE THE GARMENT, WE WILL ISSUE A FULL REFUND, OR ISSUE AN EXCHANGE.
